We have replaced the old Spirit treadmill with a new Matrix treadmill. It is a much higher quality machine which includes a fan, optional programs, and a much quieter experience. Directions for utilizing programs can be found in the Matrix notebook hanging on the wall above the bench.
Port Ludlow has two master associations and several sub associations or "Villages". It has a golf course, a yacht club and several active community organizations.
